Hi, I’m Isabel Schnell. I work with leaders and international teams on Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness, and collaboration in complex, global organizations.

I have lived and worked across five countries, Spain, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany, building extensive experience in cross-cultural and matrix environments.

 

Over 18 years, I worked in CX, Design Thinking, and leadership-related roles with global organizations including Microsoft, Ford Motor Company, Hyundai Motor Europe, Coca-Cola, Sephora, and the International Olympic Committee.
 

I have led international, cross-functional teams and facilitated collaboration and design thinking-led workshops focused on alignment, execution, and solving complex organizational challenges. I have also worked with senior stakeholders in global and cross-market contexts on transformation, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.​

 

Today, I support leaders, teams, and organizations in strengthening clarity, collaboration, and performance in international environments and through change.

My work focuses on enabling more effective ways of working across teams and systems by combining structured facilitation, coaching, and leadership development.

I am particularly focused on how leadership, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness are evolving in a changing world of work, including the impact of AI on how teams communicate, decide, and deliver value.
