ABOUT ISABEL
Hi, I’m Isabel Schnell – a Career & Leadership Coach, Team Coach, and Intercultural Collaboration Facilitator supporting professionals, leaders, and international teams in global and matrix environments.
I have lived and worked across five countries: the United States, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany. These experiences shaped how I understand collaboration across cultures, functions, and leadership levels.
Over 18 years, I worked in CX, Design Thinking, and leadership roles with global organizations such as Microsoft, Ford Motor Company, Hyundai Motor Europe, Coca-Cola, Sephora, and the International Olympic Committee.
I have led international, cross-functional teams in complex organizational structures and facilitated Design Thinking workshops focused on collaboration, alignment, and complex problem solving.
I also led cross-market forums and C-level conferences, working with senior stakeholders on strategic alignment and global collaboration.
Today, I support individuals, teams, and organizations in strengthening clarity, communication, and collaboration in international and complex settings.
My work combines Co-Active Coaching with structured facilitation to turn reflection into practical action.
